PyroTechnology Inc. waste recycling/production conditions to facilities are achieved instantly by heating to extreme temperature points of waste in an oxygen-free environment. The waste class exposed to these temperatures transforms into gas, ash, coal, and flammable liquid. Forms can be used on demand by energy conversion methods. As an ideal choice, the energy source is converted to electricity.
In this way, all kinds of waste are converted to energy sources with minimum pollution. Tires, household wastes, lawn and garden, biomass, oils, used cooking oils, plastics solid household wastes are examples of such wastes. Mobilized units can also process medical waste.
The system works with the principle of converting waste into energy with minimum CO2 emission. This modular concept can be installed in a 20/40 ft marine container and can be easily developed to increase its capacity.
